MAN Sports PR-XT Ingredient Analysis
For optimal results, MAN Sports recommends taking three capsules once a day. So one bottle will last a full 30-days. Depending on your goals, you can stack PR-XT with other supplements from MAN Sports, such as Lean PH.D or Nolvadren XT. Here’s what one serving (three capsules) of PR-XT contains:
MitoBurn (𝛃-aminoisobutyric acid) (L-BAIBA) – 500mg
One of the most notable changes MAN Sports made to PR-XT is adding 500 milligrams of MitoBurn from NNB Nutrition. As of writing this article, MitoBurn is the only patented form of L-ꞵ-aminoisobutyric acid (BAIBA) (L-BAIBA) on the market. L-BAIBA vs. D/R-BAIBA
There are two forms of BAIBA:
L-BAIBA is created when valine, an essential amino acid, breaks down. When thymine, a constituent of nucleic acids, breaks down, it forms D/R-BAIBA .[1-4] At first glance, these compounds may not seem that different, but they can actually deliver dramatically different results.
Due to valine oxidation in skeletal muscle, it’s been demonstrated that the L-BAIBA isomer provides the most beneficial metabolic effects.[1-4] And during bouts of exercise, L-BAIBA is present to a greater degree.[1-4] That’s why L-BAIBA, in particular, is referred to as “the exercise-induced muscle factor” by scientists and researchers.[1-4] D/R-BAIBA may offer some benefits, but to get the most bang for your buck in terms of metabolic enhancement, L-BAIBA is the preferred form.

Anacyclus Pyrethrum DC 5:1 Extract (root) – 1800mg
Anacyclus pyrethrum, also known as akarkara, is considered an aphrodisiac herb because it’s commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine to enhance male vitality and virility. Some studies suggest that anacyclus expresses powerful neuroprotective properties and may boost testosterone levels.[5-7]

The primary bioactive constituents of anacyclus that carry out its positive effects are alkylamides, which are also found in other medicinal herbs, such as maca root and splithanes acmella.[5] Similar to MitoBurn, anacyclus pyrethrum is a relatively novel ingredient in sports nutrition. Most of the research that’s been conducted on it is with animals.[5-7]
For example, a study conducted by researchers at Dr. Hari Singh Gour University found that when male rats were given alkylamide-rich ethanol solution extracts of Anacyclus pyrethrum root, it demonstrated potent androgenic potential.[5] This means that anacyclus pyrethrum has the potential to improve male fertility by enhancing spermatogenesis.[5]
Another study published in the journal Epilepsy Research showed that Anacyclus pyrethrum extract was capable of ameliorating seizures, seizure-induced oxidative stress, and cognitive impairment in male Wistar rats.[6] A study published in the journal Pharmaceutical Biology found that anacyclus pyrethrum expresses potent immunostimulatory and adaptogenic properties.[7] Overall, anacyclus pyrethrum root extract seems promising, but obviously, we’d like to see these results replicated in humans.
S7 (Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Turmeric Extract, Tart Cherry, Blueberry, Broccoli, Kale) – 100mg
S7 is a novel ingredient patented by Futureceuticals. It’s intended to enhance muscular pumps and performance by increasing nitric oxide levels.[8] The compound gets its name from a blend of seven natural ingredients:
Green coffee bean extract
Green tea extract
Turmeric extract
Tart cherry
Blueberry
Broccoli
Kale
Although S7 is a newcomer, there are some promising preliminary data to support its use. It has been touted for its ability to increase nitric oxide synthesis by 230% at a mere 50-milligram dose.[8] It works by triggering the body’s natural nitric oxide production.[8] Nitric oxide is a neurotransmitter that tells blood vessels to expand, allowing oxygen-rich blood to flow more efficiently throughout the body.
In 2019, S7 was awarded Best New Ingredient by Food Matters Live. It also came in the first place that year in the Nutrition Industry Executives Sports Nutrition category. But before we go all-in on S7, we’d like to see more human clinical trials to determine its effectiveness.
