Los neoyorquinos pueden dejar sus árboles en uno de los casi 70 sitios que participan en el programa de reciclado del Departamento de Parques, que se extiende hasta el 9 de enero.
El esperado Año Nuevo ya está aquí y es hora de retirar los árboles de Navidad de la sala de estar.
Los neoyorquinos pueden depositar los árboles naturales en la acera entre el 4 y el 15 de enero, plazo durante el cual el Departamento de Sanidad los triturará y los usará como abono en los parques y jardines de la ciudad.
El personal solo se llevará los árboles que estén limpios de todos los adornos, luces y soportes.
Asimismo, los neoyorquinos también pueden dejar sus árboles en uno de los casi 70 sitios que participan en Mulchfest, un programa del Departamento de Parques que se extiende hasta el 9 de enero.
